pytc.solver.isdf_xtc_ccsd._read_x_rank_panel(x_backing, nocc, m0, m1, panel_size)[source]¶

Read one X rank panel from any backing (ndarray view or HDF5 dataset).

Returns a fresh (nvir, nvir, panel_size) float64 host array, zero- padded on the rank axis when the tail panel is short so every panel shares one compiled shape. Only the requested panel is materialized – slicing an HDF5 dataset reads just that selection. INNERMOST-layout backings only; rank-major backings use _read_x_rank_panel_major().
