This module implements the density-fitting for transcorrelated integrals.

Functions

calculate_norm

Calculate the norm of the input tensor along trailing dimensions. :param rho: Input tensor (N_b, N_grid, *trailing_dims) or (N_b, N_grid).

isdf_decompose_cholesky

ISDF decomposition using pivoted Cholesky, generalized for tensors. :param rho: Input tensor (N_b, N_grid, *trailing_dims) or (N_b, N_grid) :param n_rank: Number of interpolation points.

isdf_decompose_multi

ISDF decomposition for two densities with pivot fusion.

pivoted_cholesky

Pivoted Cholesky decomposition with fixed rank.

reconstruct_rho

Reconstruct tensor from decomposition.

solve_least_squares

Solve least squares problem for interpolation coefficients. :param C: Selected columns (N_b*N_b, n_rank, *trailing_dims) :param rho: Original tensor (N_b*N_b, N_grid, *trailing_dims).

test_accuracy

Calculate reconstruction relative and absolute errors.

test_multi_accuracy

Test reconstruction accuracy for two densities using fused pivots.
